Terms & Conditions:

• No-shows at the event will be charged 100% of the fee. Unfortunately, no refund can be given to delegates who do not attend without giving prior notice.
• A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra cost.
• You may cancel your registration, in writing, up to 7 days before the event takes place, incurring a 75% administration cost (before 18 May 2018). Cancellations made inside of the 7 days will be liable for the full fee (18 May 2018 or thereafter).
• Please note, once your registration form is received, you will be added to a WhatsApp Group and payment details will be communicated there.
